Schedule
The schedule is your calendar of training, matches and fitness tests — and it does double duty: as well as planning the week, it's what tells the GPS importer how to label incoming data.
Who can use it: everyone can view; admins and coaches create, edit and delete events.
Why it matters for GPS
When units record during a window that matches a scheduled event, Underdog attaches that data to the event and tags it with the right kind (training, match, fitness test) automatically. When there's no matching event, the data can't be placed and lands in Data review for you to sort out by hand.
Keeping the schedule current is the single best way to keep data flowing cleanly and your review queue empty.
Managing events
The page shows Upcoming events and a Recent section (the last 30 days). Each row carries the time, title, kind badge, opponent (for matches) and a notes preview.
To add one, click Add event and set:
- Start and end time — the window the session runs (up to six hours).
- Kind — training, match or fitness test.
- Title and optional notes.
- Opponent — for matches.
Edit or delete any event from its row. Getting the start/end window right matters most: that's the window the importer uses to attach GPS data.
